Letter of Invitation:

The letter of invitation must be written on the letterhead of the inviting company in the destination country. The letterhead must include the following company information:

• Full name and address of the inviting company
• Fax and phone number of the inviting company

The invitation letter must be addressed to the relevant consulate.

Letter of Assignment

The letter of assignment must be written on the sending company’s letterhead. The letterhead must include the following company information:

• Full name and address of the company
• Company fax and phone numbers

The letter of assignment must be addressed to the relevant consulate.
