Please allow sufficient time for preparing/ordering the invitation and for processing. In urgent cases, EXPRESS or SAMEDAY processing is possible - but only with FMS invitations. For more information, please contact our ÖVKG team.

Russia:
Unfortunately, the issuance of regular business and tourist visas is not possible until further notice.
There are repeated rumors about a possible opening of the consular provider during the month of JULY, but this has not yet been confirmed.
China
Unfortunately, the issuing of regular business and tourist visas is not possible until further notice.
Visas will ONLY be issued in exceptional cases and with an official invitation (e.g. sanitary flights, repatriation flights, high economic priority for China).
India
Unfortunately, the issuance of regular business and tourist visas is not possible until further notice.
According to the consulate, the next update will follow at the beginning of July.
USA
Visa applications are currently possible. However, you should expect long waiting times for appointments for personal interviews at the US consulate.
In general, there is unfortunately still an entry ban for Europeans, with a few exceptions.
Saudi Arabia
Visas can be issued, but entry to Saudi Arabia is currently not yet possible.
Vietnam
Österreichische citizens are currently not issued electronic visas or tourist visas. There are exceptions for business travelers, but it cannot be guaranteed that a visa for business travelers will be issued or that it will be possible to enter Vietnam. Vietnam currently generally prohibits foreigners from entering Vietnam. This also applies to travelers who are in possession of a visa. An exception can be made for business travelers, but the border authorities tend to interpret the current regulations very restrictively.
Süd Korea
Please note that South Korea has suspended visa-free entry for up to 30 days. Currently, every traveler must obtain a visa, issued by the embassy, BEFORE traveling –
