The Indian immigration authorities inform that visas (EVisa and visas in passport) of nationals issued on or before 11.03.2020 are invalid:
France, Germany, Spain, South Korea, Japan, China, Italy
In addition, all travelers must provide a declaration of their current state of health and exact details of their travel history over the last few months upon entry.
The Russian consulate informs that the guidelines regarding the entries in the visa application have been tightened and that all fields must be filled in completely and correctly.

The Russian consulate has announced that it is currently not issuing visas for Chinese and Iranian citizens due to the coronavirus.
The Consulate of Vietnam informs that due to the current situation, visas will not be issued to the following nationals:
ITALIA, CHINA, KOREA, JAPAN and IRANPersons who have stayed in China for 14 days before entering Vietnam will be denied entry from 05.02.2020. Direct flights to and from mainland China are temporarily suspended, with the exception of Hong Kong and Macau.
In addition, due to the possible spread of the coronavirus originating from China (Wuhan), health checks with temperature measurements have been set up at the airports for arriving passengers.
