Due to the current COVID situation in Russia, all state institutions will remain closed between 28.10.2021 and 07.11.2021 inclusive.
Therefore, orders of official invitations are delayed by 1 week.
Starting on 15 October 2021, tourists with valid visas are allowed to return to India with charter flights (group tourism only), and from 15 November 2021, individual tourists with valid visas may return to India. However, tourists must enter by sea or air, and tourists are not allowed to enter by land.
Tourists’ visas must have been issued on or after 6 October 2021.
The Indian Consulate announces that 2 photos in ORIGINAL will be required for submission of documents to the consulate in the future.

Applicants must submit proof of vaccination to apply for a China visa from 14.09.2021. In addition, the second vaccination must be at least14 days ago. Applicants under the age of 12 do not need to provide proof of vaccination.
Vaccinated applicants:
The vaccination certificate "EU digital Covid vaccination certificate" for the first vaccination
The vaccination certificate "EU digital Covid vaccination certificate" for the second vaccination if not available, present the original yellow vaccination certificate and a photocopy
Recovered applicants:
The "EU Digital Covid Recovery Certificate" and the vaccination certificate "EU digital Covid vaccination certificate" for recovered vaccinated persons, attention, this vaccination certificate must also be 14 days ago.
If the vaccination certificate "EU digital Covid vaccination certificate" is not available for recovered vaccinated persons, present the original yellow vaccination certificate and a photocopy.
