We are very pleased to announce that since June 23rd, 2021 ALL visa categories can be submitted again!
OPENING HOURS:
The Russian consular provider will be open again 5 days a week from June 28, 2021: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Processing times for visas:
For tourist groups, please allow for a regular processing time of 2-3 weeks.
The complete documents must be received by ÖVKG by 8:30 a.m. at the latest and ÖVKG must register with the Russian consulate 1-2 days beforehand, as there is only a certain number of participants. The passport will be ready the next day and sent by ÖVKG.
The following visas can be applied for:
ÖVKG can arrange regular company invitations, tourist references and FMS invitations for crew visas for you.
If necessary, please contact our team at wien@oevkg.at or by phone at 01/361 55 20.
Unfortunately, ÖVKG cannot provide FMS invitations for work and assembly visas.

The consulate of Russia announces that it has closed on 03.05.2021 and on 10.05.2021.
Currently, the consular provider is only open on Mondays and Thursdays – therefore no submission or collection is possible on the Austrian holidays on 13.05.2021 and 24.05.2021.
Please note that the closures delay the processing times accordingly.

The Chinese Embassy in Vienna has announced that Austrian citizens and people with Austrian residence in are only allowed to travel to the People's Republic of China by direct flights, with immediate effect.
Open jaws / transit flights / stopovers are no longer allowed.
In addition, there is a change regarding the date / time of the PCR nuclein acid and IgM antibody tests. These must be carried out 48 hours before departure, but from now on the exact time of the test no longer applies,only the calendar day.
