ÖVKG has kept the fees for visa processing constant for the last 3 years.
We have accepted all index adjustments from our third-party service providers and other price adjustments to date without passing them on to our customers.
Due to the current situation around COVID and the resulting increase in expenses, we are unfortunately forced to implement a price increase for the first time from January 1, 2021.

The Russian consulate will be closed due to Christmas and New Year holidays from 01.01.2021 up to and including 10.01.2021. Applications will be possible again from 11.01.2021.
The US Consulate in Vienna has announced that it will only grant emergency appointments for interviews at the consulate for humanitarian purposes until at least December 7, 2020. Emergency appointments for business purposes can only be booked after December 7, 2020.
