The Consulate of Saudi Arabia announces the following changes:

• Copy of the extract from the commercial register of the Austrian company
• Provision of a copy of the current payslip for non-Austrian citizens

From 01.11.2018, these documents will also be required for work visas:

• Labor agreement/employment contract notarized by the Saudi Arabia Chamber of Commerce
• Copy of the extract from the commercial register of the Austrian company
• Provision of a copy of the current payslip for non-Austrian citizens
• Proof of qualification - a copy of a certificate, diploma proving that the traveler has the qualifications for the profession practiced

The Consulate of India will remain closed on 19.10.2018.

The Consulate of Vietnam will be closed on 15.10.2018 due to a public holiday.

The consulate of Saudi Arabia requires the following additional documents for NON-Austrian citizens:

- a copy of the registration certificate for EEA citizens and Swiss citizens

- Residence permit if not from the EEA area or Switzerland

The Consulate of India will be closed on 02.10.2018 and will be back for you on 03.10.2018.
