- Photos with a PURE WHITE background (alternatively, you are welcome to use our digital photo service)
- Visa application signed in ORIGINAL on page 1 and page 8 (item 9.1a). Signature MUST match the signature in the passport!

2) If you have already booked a meet & greet service for multiple entry with us and would like to change this to single or double entry so that you do not have to come to the fingerprint, please contact us immediately on Tel: 01/3615520 or by Mail to wien@oevkg.at
If you have any further questions, our team will be happy to help. We ask for your understanding that there may be waiting times on the phone or by e-mail due to this short-term change.

All persons traveling to China are required to take a Nucleic Acid Test (PCR) OR Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to boarding/departure. The negative test result must be entered on the Health Declaration Form. The airline is no longer obliged to check the negative test results. These are randomly checked upon entry. If irregularities occur or symptoms appear upon entry, a test will be carried out by Chinese customs.
We would be happy to support you/your employees in organizing your next China visa.
Best regards
Yours OEVKG
