Dear ladies and gentlemen,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your many years of loyalty.
It is our pleasure to be your reliable and competent partner in the field of consular services.
It is our continuous endeavor to offer you a fast and high quality service. We regard the constantly changing requirements at embassies and the new regulations in the area of EU notifications, A1 certificates, immigration, etc. as a challenge that we meet with new services and state-of-the-art technology.
In recent years, we have always been able to avoid passing on across-the-board price increases to our customers despite increased requirements. Unfortunately, we are facing considerable cost increases this year, including a massive rise in personnel costs for qualified employees, rental costs, IT expenses and the costs of third-party service providers. These can no longer be offset by savings, which is why we are forced to adjust our prices.
With effect from February 1, 2024, we will make a price change. Please note that the prices for EU notifications will remain unchanged for the time being.
We are happy to offer special conditions to customers with larger volumes.
Price lists are available on request by email at karin.mogy@oevkg.at
It is important to us to continue to stand by your side as a strong and reliable partner. We hope you will understand this necessary adjustment and look forward to continuing to offer you high-quality services in the future.
If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We kindly ask you to communicate this message internally.
Yours sincerely,
Karin Mogy

Kenya has abolished the visa requirement. Instead, travelers must apply for an electronic travel authorization (eTA) before traveling starting from 05.01.2024.
Kenyan citizens and nationals of EAC partner countries are exempt from the eTA.
All other visitors, including infants and children, who wish to travel to the Republic of Kenya must present an approved electronic travel authorization (eTA) prior to travel.
The processing time depends on the type of eTA and the nationality of the travelers. The standard processing time is at least three working days.
Different documents are required depending on the purpose of travel.
The OEVKG consular advisors will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
