The Russian consulate has announced that it is currently not issuing visas for Chinese and Iranian citizens due to the coronavirus.
The Consulate of Vietnam informs that due to the current situation, visas will not be issued to the following nationals:
ITALIA, CHINA, KOREA, JAPAN and IRANPersons who have stayed in China for 14 days before entering Vietnam will be denied entry from 05.02.2020. Direct flights to and from mainland China are temporarily suspended, with the exception of Hong Kong and Macau.
In addition, due to the possible spread of the coronavirus originating from China (Wuhan), health checks with temperature measurements have been set up at the airports for arriving passengers.

The entry into the United States of foreign nationals who have been in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) within 14 days of their intended travel to the United States will be suspended beginning Sunday, February 2 at 5:00 p.m. EST. The full text of the announcement and the applicable exemptions (e.g. for green card holders, family members of US citizens, etc.) can be found here.
Affected travelers are advised to follow the latest announcements from US Customs and Border Protection.
